Summer Camps and Activities

Each year the Ogden Family Search Library offers a fun activity during the Summer months for children eight to eleven years of age. Learning about Family History is so much fun when you play games that your ancestors may have played, learn to find clues about others on a headstone in a pretend cemetery, search for information on the computer in Family Tree, and practice conducting an interview to learn about the life of another. Children generally attend the activity as a primary class, a family, or a group of friends and enjoy learning about genealogy in a fun way. The activity lasts about two hours.
